Bad service from Netstar

I have experienced bad service from Alltech Netstar. After numerous telephone calls and 8 case numbers nothing got resolved. I still need to pay my tracking fee every month but after buying a new vehicle, they did not move my unit as requested. The request was done on the 27th of January 2020 and still no feedback.
