Bad service from netstar

Absolute bad service. We have a policy through Budget and through my policy we install in our 3 x vehicles Netstar. From 5 months ago Netstar start deducting monies from my account and Budget is taking it everymonth. I have called numerous times so that they can rectify it, but nothing. I am paying bank fees on these items everymonth and it put my account in dt every month.

I am not getting anywhere with Netstar.

Petronel Nothing has changed, Netstar toke another amount from my account and did not credit my FNB account up to day 22 August 2018. Please tell me what are you going to do about it?
