Bad service from netstar.

Purchased and paid upfront for a netstar unit from Hyundai ballito. Was assured by netstar the unit will be fitted before I took delivery of vehicle. Tracking unit was not fitted, unit eventually got fitted and technican that did the installation messed up the wiring. Now I find out the unit is defective and still waiting for netstar to do something about it. Don't use this company, dealers will push this product onto you but just refuse. Netstar is a waste of time.
