Bad service from altech netstar

Recently upgraded my tracking unit with them but since then, the unit is malfunctioning and everytime I log a call they keep telling me I T will contact me it's been 3 weeks and no one has contacted me, spoke to a lady by the name of Lerato, who thought my query wasn't of importance. Really disappointed with their service after I've been with them for 6years.
