Bad service delivery.
I previously wrote a review on Netstar's UTTERLY poor service and wrongful advertising of services. Much to my serprise Netstar responded on the review by saying that someone will contact me regarding my problem. That's about 3 weeks ago. Needless to say nobody contacted me.
