Bad Service: Cancellation of Unit
I have been trying to cancel a unit on my sold car since yesterday. All I get is "We will call you back in 30 minutes" and I wait the whole day!!
This is very poor customer service and I do not appreciate it!! I spoke to someone today around 9am and she said I will be called in 20 to 30 minutes. I am still waiting!! Same thing happened with a different person yesterday.
