Bad service by Netstar tracking company

I was a client at Netstar they used to call me everytime there is a friction or tension with my car. And that assured me that there tracking device was working and my car was safe..last year2022 i got into a car accident and their tracking device came out unfortunately they didn't call since their device went out..i notified them via an app they still didn't call .i called them to let them know that your device is out of my car and they referred me and hang up the call on me, i called several time no help from them...and i told them i won't keep on paying for a device which is not in my car qnd i need to cancel out cuz its clear that they not aware that their device is out of my car which mean my car can be ****** and they wnt be aware but still they hanged up on the call.....they continue to debit my account and i reversed it not they treatheng with Legal action but they at fault
