Bad service by netsta car tracker

Bad service ever. Both netstar and joint policy with dotsure, dey installed Der tracker on my car, only to find out for 2 weeks de tracker was not working, then they send a technician to install new tracker. De technician broke my CD portal (redio) dey did nothing but cost me, now my radio is not working, I called them 5 times complaining to them but never bothered to come back to me with feedback, netstar is a **** all they knw is derbit the money month end without any help, they keep on saying the Team leader will call me but they never did. I asked them to come and take it out since it's useless to me, they told me stories, netsta they don't knw how to treat customers,
