Bad service and tracking device not safe at all

My car battery was ****** in the early hours of today, i did didn't get any notification that my battery is taken out of the car, when i call netstar i spoke to Thato and his manager who both tellme that i must call on Monday there is nothing they can do now, my question is if it was the car that was in was ****** would they still say it is the same thing same? The service is very for bad I no longer feel so safe with their tracking device
