Bad service and Poor customer service

Altech Netstar has stopped deducting the premium on my account as per agreement, now they always send these collection companies to do that . and the money is always in my account . when i raised the issue with mashudu , she always give an attitude at all time. Nothing has been corrected even now . now they threatening with their legal department for the problem they initiated . Mashudu in accounts department she has bad service to customers even now
