Bad service and no feedback / resolution

My vehicle's electronics cut out completely on 16/03/15 and the vehicle would not start, it was completely dead. I called Hyundai roadside assist who had to come and tow my vehicle.

Hyundai informed me that the electrical fault was located on the wiring where the tracking device is fitted.
As such the fault is not covered under the warranty, as its due to the tracking device installation and I am liable for the towing fees of R 1,453.50, which I had to pay in order for them to release my vehicle to me.

I requested Netstar to reimburse me the R 1,453.50 which I had to pay for the towing as the breakdown was caused by the Netstar fitment. I furnished the report from Hyundai.

Was told a tech would come out to check. on 25/03/15 I followed up again and was told same thing, but still nothing so had to follow up again on 31/03/15.
Finally on 08/04/15 Tech came out. Initially said the Netstar unit was not connected to the fuse box, but after getting Hyundai on the phone he found the offending wiring. I took a pic.
I sent the pic and feedback to Netstar on that day but still no feedback or resolution. I followed up gain this morning but still no answer or resolution.
