BAD SERVICE AND APPS

my car is subscribed to altech netstar and i had the app on my phone in the beginning it was fine but then after a while it started saying network error and stayed that way. i recently got me another phone and loaded the app on there as well getting the same problem of network error. i contacted Altech via email inconnection with this problem and my login details and upto today no answer yet. My other vehicle is with tracker and within the same 30min i was logged in and all done and could monitor vehicle. Now if this is the case I will rather pay more per month and get a good service than this i am getting now.
