Bad Service

I cancelled one out of two netstar trackers because the car Toyota is a write off. I have had the tracker for three years. I watched in April as a debit order went for both trackers, again May and now In June I reversed it. a week later I got a call from consultant who wanted me to make an arrangement and wanted to hear nothing about my cancelation as she doesn't deal with such. I asked about the money they have been deducting and no response.
