Bad service

I keep receiving calls & sms's from Hybrid Collections that I owe you people R597.00. I do not owe you people anything and my account is up to date... Can you please fix this matter because this is very annoying. I cannot be dealing with this, I rather disconnect myself complete with you if this is the treatment we get from netstar.
