BAD SERVICE

Have send e-mails up and down without reply from them so I stopped the debit order and they now have handed me over to debt collector. I have been on the case to cancel the device but they did not respond until I cancelled the debit order. I have been on the mails for 19 months to try and cancel nothing yet
