bad service
I called Nedstar regarding my tracking account, I spoke to Zanele who confirmed that they received the funds and she guaranteed me my account will be removed as they received the funds.I then received an email that I have been handed over I called a gain on the 23th JANUARY 2015 as they have not deducted my January instalment.THe lady I spoke to Told me she will make a note that they will deduct after few days which was suppose to be on Friday 31st January they still haven't deducted instead they sent me an email to say they handing me over. This is not service instead all I get from Nedstar are threats that they will ruin my credit profile.
