Bad service

I activated my services with altech netstar about 2years, the sales rep gave me false information just to get me signing up with the company.they mentioned many features,including me being able to access location of my vehicle on the phone,and keeping tracking of irregular activities.but that was not the case when I called to get clarity on my services.I want nothing to do with Altech anymore im glad my account is expiring with them.i'll make sure to all the people whom i referred not to go renew their account with altech netstar.when I called to enquire(Nompumelelo) on thursday, they told me they cant pick up my details I quoted my ID no: and Invoice number but they still couldnt get anything,they told me they'll get back to me on friday,I had to call the back today(18Mar2015) to get feedback from them,it shows the level of incompetency they have.
