Bad service

After numerous correspondence and trying to make contact with them nobody responded or even attempt to call me after I terminate my contract as a result of bad service. I received once an email of an amount that needs to be paid of R70 (of which I query, because I formally sent them in time an email that I am discontinuing their service) Not once did I receive any correspondence, not even one invoice from them or trying to contact me. Today I received an email that I am handed over.
