Bad service

I travelled a very long distance with my car for the first time ever since, got stuck for more than 5 hrs and netstar did not even bother to call and ask what’s happening is everything ok since my car has travelled longer than a usual distance or stuck in the same unusual place for many hrs. Netstar they only care about money not our cars
