BAD SERVICE

I cancelled my Altech Netstar Go 3 months ago but I'm still being debited for it, I called Altech Netstar 4 times and every time I call they say it's reflecting that I have cancelled the service but every month I still get debited.<br> This is not acceptable as I am paying for bank fees every time a debit order goes off and I'm paying for a service that I've cancelled and no longer used. <br> Please get your Accounts department to fix this ASAP!!!!!
