Bad service

Good day, this is the 2nd complain am laying with netstar and am not getting assistance, my panick button is not working was almost high jacked 2weeks back and I got no assistance, they called after the 1st complain with hello Peter and said they will run a test to check if the tracker is working which was Friday we run the test nd it was working, Saturday I pressed it and it wasn't working I called and complained and even today I had to call to check if I will be assisted and now it doesn't look like am gonna get help so I meet as well look for another tracker clearly am paying for free.... Please assist once again
