Bad service
Its been a month since I requested altech nestar to install tracking device on my vehicles, I call them everyday to enquire, till today they have not fitted tracking on my vehicles.
If you do not need more customers, please be clear from the start there are many companies that would be happy to offer their services.

26 Sept 2018, 11:07after waiting for almost a month for the tracker to be installed, Fitness center technician confidently calls me and tell me, i must gather all my cars in one place so that they can come and fit trackers as they cant go individually to where the cars are situated, whereas i am paying for the cars individually without complaining.
IF you do not have the capacity to service all your clients why do you still accept new clients.
