Bad service

I would like to lodge a complain regarding the Altech Netstar, I had a tracking device with them and was involved in accident which resulted to a written off , they are busy debiting my account where as they are not servicing me anymore. I haven't even heard from them asking me about a car or whether they have received an alarm about the car nothing yet they are quick to debit the account. I have called in to cancel and to my suprise i was told i entered a 36 months contract and now i must pay a cancellation fee of R1073. 15 which i dont understand what is it for cause now i got a new car and im giving them a solution that seeing that they cannot cancel my services then why not continue with what i have with them causethey are billing me different amounts which when the consultant explains she says it was that time it was with Budget and hence now im charged a different amount yet the stand alone contract for Early warning is R199 which they said it comes with a panic button which i never received since the inception of the contract. They now telling me that they will request for a call recording so they can listen to what i was told from the start of the contract. I do not have a problem with continuing the services but i have a problem with a cancellation fee for something i did not use, What Am I Paying ???? Pathetic service i need someone to contacting me with a better solution cause im not letting this go. my number is ********** 501
