Bad service

My name is Trevor Mazibuko and ID no. ********** 652081.

I received a call from Creditworx saying that I have an outstanding balance of R5000 due to the services being cancelled. I previously request from the last consultant that called me from Creditworx as to who gave the instruction that I no longer need these services.

I have received any feedback but they are very quick to tell you that you will be blacklisted. This is breach with the NCA regulations. No one from Netstar has contacted me but the account is now with the debt collectors.
