Bad Service

The Below was send to them but still no reply

To whom it may concern

On Saturday 13 may 2017 Opel Corsa CA 744130, in the drive switched off. I had the mechanic come out thinking that he is able to find the problem but instead he had to tow the car home.

At the time I was not financially able to have an Auto mechanic come out and in the interim took the car for a dynastic test, but the test could not pick up anything.

I had a mechanic take a look at the car again; the mechanic suspected that it could have been the tracker on the car that causes the problem. I then had to call upon Tracker to come out. After days eventually Tracker came out and to find that it was a small plug that fused, at the same time that fuse caused the coil pack to pack up and had to be replaced. On replacing the coil pack the problem somehow preset , my mechanic advised me to call upon Tracker again to disconnect the Tracker, The guy of Tracker came out again and disconnected the Tracker and my car is driving smoothly.

I am writing this letter as i need to know what is the step forward and also at the same time who is going to compensate me with the expenses that I have encounter over that past 3 months.

· Call of the mechanic on the day (13 may 2017)

· Dynastic test

· Small Plug that was replaced

· Battery that was replaced

· Auto mechanic call out

I hope to get feedback by Thursday 17 August 2017

Kind Regards
