Bad service

I have been handed over to NuDebt by your company and have been debiting my account.

I sent an email advising that I did not sign up for this unit and I never owned that registration that they say is under my name.l

I was given ref 66637 and when I followe up, it shows that it was assigned to Donald Maseamedi and I saw that the ticket has been closed. I enquired as to how was it closed without me being contacted.

I asked them to send me the pictures of the cars. mentioned to them that I did not own a car with ND registration, I only have NUZ and GP

The registration that they say is under my name is ND***7
