Bad Service

Extremely pathetic service being given by the netstar bloemfontein branch,at first i got rude technician when i returned a call to give directions to come and install a unit on my car, After the installation i noticed my vehicles power roller shutter is not functioning anymore,i finally received a call from the technical manager who said it is already late but will send a tech the very next day,i have been waiting tje whole day and now dodging my calls and passing messages that they will only attend to me at 2.

This is pathetic,and i wish my insurer would have a better partner.
