Bad Service

<p>I have recently fitted a tracking unit in my vehicle,but the unit is faulty and Altech Netstar don't want to come out and remove they're faulty unit as it's no use to me.</p> <p>Now I'm being debited for a not working unit which I feel is very unfair to,I have installed one from Tracker which is in working condition and happy with,so can someone assist me in this case.</p>
