Bad Service

<p>The service I received from Latech Netstar. Sales Represetive Mervyn Jones.</p> <p> </p> <p>A couple weeks 1 of of vehicles was hi jacked but recovered with the help of SAPS.</p> <p> </p> <p>on the 22.04.17 received an email which we were cc on from Netstar sending information about my personal account to a stranger. I have notifed Mervyn Jones and his team to date and time i received no feedback. The service is terrible I will not recommend anyone to use this people. Just imagine we relay on NEtstar for safety of our expensive vehicles and here they go giving infrmation to stranger. I have emailed his manager Kelly Dell and she only read and not reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this possible to give our business to someone that not concerned about our assets?</p> <p> </p> <p>I have faulty units, software upgarde to do. they have not contacted me regarding this. but if i have new business they quick to react.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is it possible to cancel my contract with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>TR</p>
