Bad service
Netstar is very useless, I made booking to get my one car unit upgraded and a new installation on my other car 3 days ago, I was told the fitment will be done on Friday 19/03/2021,
I waited for and nothing happened until I called in and they decided to book 1 car in Pretoria and the other in Boksburg which is a total madness,
Then the consultant told me they will only assist me next week Tuesday,
Netstar service sucks, the call center doesn't knw what they are doing, every one tells a different story ever time i call in. I have heard enough of this
