Bad sercive when you cancel car tracker and they keep on taking money

Good day i got in beginning of June a notice of my contract been with them for 2years - and now they increasing the premium- contract was for 2y. I sent a mail to cancel the tracker in car. End June money was take July same thing - and every time i forward mail and add - but nobody come back and if i phoned i got told now i need to oay cancellation fees - and i was like i wont contract wasnt renews and i cancelled it and you took 2 more payment. But all this fell on death ears - so now im reporting here as a company that just do as they want - and not taking in what me as the client is telling them. And im.not taking with a person that dont listen what im saying and always made it as if im only cancelling contract now! I need them to look at the mail i sent and scroll down as it started in June already - i already add a new tracker in car and they keep.on askig money - that i wont pay
