Bad response

Every time I call to verify the location of my vehicle on a free test I'm sent from pillar to post with excuses like\ I must call 5 minutes before I embark on a journey,A consultant will call me in 30 to 45 mins time which never happens, I must call while the vehicle is in motion.I am not sure even if the tracker was installed in my vehicle but I've been with Netstar since Dec 2014 maybe its time to approach Tracker maybe they have better service to their customers"
