Bad policy of not monitoring

After 4 years they cannot track my vehicle because my tracking is off line. They rather push me to upgrade, obviously more money for them. When I reported the incident I was told they track and recover not monitor. I wasn't even notified that the system is not working. What is the point of having a tracker then, when no one pick up when its not working. No peace of mind there.
