Bad pathetic service

They promised to investigate the matter that I reported previously. Until today I have not heard anything from Netstar. The only thing they did is to call me and tell I'm now handed over for 8000, first it was 1200. This is a total *******, I'm so disappointed that not even one can explain what actually happened
