Bad installation of tracking unit

Since l reported a bad installation done on 17 April 2026 by netstar, no technician came to my house, and they kept saying the technician is on its way but that was lies. Netstar is not a good tracking company to recommend to anyone. I know they will call me and also send their emails apologising but they don't take action to repair their bad installation affecting the wirings of the car. We even disconnected the battery and Netstar can not see if the battery was disconnected or not. The battery and dpf warning lights are still on and my auto electrician confirmed that Netstar connected their unit wrongs hence am getting this warning lights. I WILL NEVER USE NETSTAR AGAIN IN MY LIFE, THEIR SERVICE IS BAD, l REALLY REGRET THE DECISION I TOOK BY ALLOWING NETSTAR. AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL
