Bad installation, no response

Tracking system whose early warning system doesn't really work properly fitted a new tracking unit to replace (what seemed like a perfectly good working) unit in my car at 5 star pro fitment centre.

I was left with loose panels all over and torn rubber seals.

The fitment centre now want to superglue the rubbers! That's not right! The car is still like new! And you want me to accept superglued rubbers?!?!?

Contacted Netstar on FB and said they would do an investigation with no info from me, no pics, no back ground...

I sent them an email, which was ignored!
