Bad experience

<p>I reported to Altech Netstar that their tracking device installed in my car was constantly not working. No action was taken and I was paying for something that was not working. Without any success I sent an email to Altech Netstar cancelling my contract on the 16 June 2015. I then paid Altech Netstar the amount due to them from January 2015 to August 2015. Not a single person called me back telling me about cancellation fees, etc. I then sold my car that had the tracking device. Recently I just found out that Altech Netstar has listed me as a bad debt. This is utter nonsense. Altech Netstar are not even picking up they phones and when they do they put me on hold. Altech Netstar must rectify this issue immediately.</p>
