Bad experience

It is with great concern that i write this post. I have a tracking unit that was installed in my car on Friday morning. After the installation i contacted the customer services to get my account number but i was told my details haven't been captured yet. I called in on Monday and still couldn't get my fitment certificate nor my account number. I called in this morning and spoke to Reabetswe who told me me that it shows my fitment as pending, meanwhile it had been installed. Promised to call me back and send me the fitment certificate by no later than 13:00 today. Which of course didn't happen. I called in and spoke to Naomi who abruptly hung up the phone on me, called in back and she didn't want to take my call. Instead i got assisted by Jabulani, very friendly man with a sense of professionalism.

Thus being said, the reason for this post are the implications i have encountered due to this process. When i took out my insurance premium it was on the basis that i would have a tracking unit installed in my car, upon installation i would need to send through a fitment certificate. Failure to do so would result obviously in my premiums being affected. Today being the 1st of November, my first payment went through today and sadly the premiums had changed since i failed to provide proof of fitment. This has been a very bad and terrible experience from a company i regard as one of the best.

Enjoy your day
