Bad customer service, terrible business.
The company is an utter joke. A contract does not mean anything to them and have no idea what the purpose of a contract is. They do not care about the customers at all and all the care about is money. Do not go into business with this company. Getting bad reviews for them is business as usual and do not care at all. They will respond to your Hello Peter review and apologies but treat you like you do not matter.
