Bad customer service at altech netstar and ********* people who work there.

Again I'm writing a review with regards to Altech netstar if I had known I would be in such a predicament with this whole account problem I wouldn't have agreed to the installation of the tracking device absolutely useless people working there who don't know how to rectify simple mistakes and simply close an account really upset and looking at legal options now.
