Bad customer service at altech netstar and ********* people who work there.

Good day I would like to put forward a complaint on the customer service I'm getting. I made a payment last week Friday to credit worx including the legal fee now I have been communicating with two people from altech and both are saying that payment isn't reflecting but I called credit worx they told me it's reflecting I even sent through proof I paid but they disregarded that. I don't want my account debited again that's why I made a full payment this is inconveniencing now because I'm not happy with the customer service I have received. I have sent the proof that I have paid twice to the people at Altech netstar and they still argue that I have not made payment. Very upset and unhappy about this therfore I would never ever recommend Altech netstar to anyone with this type of ********* service.
