Bad customer service

I cancelled my netstar insurance in September and my premium was still deducted end September. Then I called in 2 October to enquire about it and was told that I have to give them a month's notice so I cancelled it again and again my premium was deducted end October. This is absolutely outrageous. Why do they keep deducting premiums after I've explicitly cancelled my unit
