Bad customer service

i have been a loyal customer with Al tech, since Jan 2016, only last month in June I started having problem with my remote, it works sometimes it does not work, especially in the morning when i have to come to work , i have to call callcentre to disarm, I have been doing that form the beginning of July, with no help, when i raise my concern with them they told me that warranty is only a year I have to purchase a new remote with R400, when I asked them if cant they supposed to change it after certain period, they said yes but after 3 years, I only left with 6 months to reach 3 years, but they dont want to assist me, yesterday I went to their offices in 130 Stanger street, while I was there my remote works fine, and guy told me that he cant help me I must buy a new remote, this morning I had to call them to disarm it cause it was not working again, As im sitting here my car is not armed but im paying, and i never miss any payment with them, what if something happen to my car, they will tell me stories yet they aware about my problem they even increase my installment without letting me know, Can someone assist me with matter, before I left with no other option but to cancel the service.
