02 Jun 2026, 09:12 The email trail below refers.Your technician has been at my vehicle for nearly an hour and is still unable to locate the Netstar tag or tracking unit installed in the vehicle. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating and unacceptable. As the service provider, Netstar should be able to establish exactly where the unit was installed and ensure that a suitably qualified technician is dispatched to perform the work correctly.Kindly arrange, as a matter of urgency, for the location of the unit to be confirmed and for a competent technician to attend to the vehicle and resolve this matter without further delays. The current level of service is unacceptable, particularly considering the time already spent on site without any progress.I look forward to your urgent intervention and resolution of this matter.
