Bad customer service

<p>I cancelled my contract with altech netstar for the following reasons:</p> <p>1. They installed my unit improperly causing battery drain.</p> <p>1.1 often had to push the car till I replaced a battery and that didn't help either.</p> <p>2. I complained about this and as a result someone came to fix the unit but instead made it worse disconnecting fuses that kept shorting my battery and electrics in the car - they sent an *********** technician who I believe is not qualified.</p> <p>3. I complained further only to discover that there are no complete records of my interactions with the company especially the technician that came to have a look at my car which is scary as we entrust them with our vehicles and personal lives.</p> <p>4. That said I cancelled my contract only to be debited twice for the cancellation and still have not received my money back in over two months.</p> <p>5. No one seems to be able to make a decision or even sit down with me after several attempts on my part.</p> <p> </p> <p>They should not have an operating license at all</p>
