Bad customer service

I had a bad experience with netstar when I was a reinstallation om my car as my old care was sold.I.called and sent several emails without any help.Its been six months now and I am billed for a car that I sold in April.When I called their call center they always promise that someone will call me to reinstall the new device.I would not ever recommend anyone to use netstar.Their customer service sucks.
