BAD client services.

I am utterly disappointed in Altech Netstar, I have a new tracker to be fitted to my vehicle. I have been calling 4 times day in a week to get this sorted out and every time I call SOMEONE will call me back I am still waiting !! clearly you don't need new business or maintain existing clients. I have had no client services from Altech Netstar. Way to go !!
