Bad Car Tracking Company

The service is very bad. I made payments but i'm still in legal, I've contacted you guys for a month month now and i'm still going around in circles. They booked in my panic button and replaced it, but still when i press it i don't receive any call, which means i'm paying for nothing. What if i was in an emergency situation, i would've been dead or my car would have been hijacked. Customer service is bad, i've been wasting my time going tpo their head office in Midrand
