Bad Bookkeepping

Hi,<br> Had an account with altech netstar for tracker that was installed to my car before it was ****** in May 2015. Fisrtly Netstar failed to Recover my car but since then every month they send an invoice for services that they are not rendering. i have called their offices and explained then was promised that my account ill be updated but it never happened because i juct received another invoice now. It is very irritating to know that someone out there is not doing what their paid for. Its bad enough that they failed to recover the car but they should not remind me every month.<br> <br> Hope this will get to the correct ears and they will update their records.
