Bad Bad Service!

I have been with Netstar for years & so convinced my husband to go over to them. Now, the service are way beyond terrible!! I've send them mail on 7 March 22 & until date the ONLY thing they could get right & done (after 2 mails) to get 1 vehicle canceled. We want a new installation and NOTHING! NOBODY IS INTERESTED IN NEW BUSINESS! If this is there attitude towards new business to a current client. How on earth are they going to respond when my car get ******?

This is SO disheartening of BAD service!
